Homestead Comfort, located in Ellington, CT has openings for a HVAC Apprentice with a minimum of 1 year of HVAC Experience. Join our team and immediately start working toward a License by installing heating and air conditioning equipment. We have apprenticeship openings and will teach you everything you need to know so you can get your own truck and make over $35/hour right here with us.

Pay Scale: DOE up to $26 per hour for experienced apprentices.

Work Hours: 7:00 am-4:00 pm or when the job is finished. Overtime as needed

Primary Job Function: To install heating and cooling systems to company standards and gaining the knowledge to grow into a lead installer. Ride along with our cutting-edge technicians to gain all the experience needed to get your own company vehicle.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-4 years minimum of HVAC experience
• Insurable by Company insurance carrier
• High School/Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Follow directions as given, written and verbal
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
• Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
